WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES PEOPLE HAVE TO CANCEL, BUT WE HAVE COSTS TO COVER TOO

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room for a one night stay and the cost of the first night is required as deposit for stays of two or more nights. We accept most major debit and credit cards (not American Express). We no longer accept cheques. Deposits are refundable as long as we are given at least 14 full days notice prior to your date of arrival, of any cancellation. Please be aware that if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your arrival you will be liable for the total cost of the booking. For this reason we suggest that you consider holiday insurance. However, if we are able to re-let the room at the same rate and for the period booked then the deposit will be refunded and no further payment will be required.
